  About the Classes

The HCC international Study Programs(ISP) curriculum is a twelve-week program which includes classes in grammar, conversation, pronunciation and writing.
Morning classes are divided into four levels of grammars, ranging from beginning sentence structure and vocabulary in Level One to advanced grammar in Level Four.
All classes include reading and listening comprehension, as well as idioms and cultural topics.
Conversation classes offer a wide range of activities such as topical discussions, reading and discussing articles, popular American music or creative writing.
Grammar classes are also offered in the evening. The TOEFL class is a full-time pursuit.
Students spend both mornings and afternoons preparing for the test with exercises in listening, pronunciation, reading, writing and vocabulary.

About the Teachers

The HCC faculty is a diverse and dedicated group of native speakers with many interests and skills.
With decades of teaching experience, the instructors are adept at giving help with pronunciation, idiom usage and cultural transition in the U.S.
As most classes are ten students or less, they can develop a B relationship with their students, stressing pronunciation while providing a light and enjoyable classroom experience.
Among the interests of the current faculty are music, dance art, acting writing, photography and foreign culture.
